Feel at home within yourself.

Meet your psychologist

I’m Azra, a psychologist passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves during times of change, grief and overwhelm. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed and rooted in real empathy.

I understand how hard it can be to carry things alone or to feel like you’ve lost your sense of self along the way. I create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your own pace and in your own way. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about creating space for reflection, healing, and self-trust to grow.

I believe that the relationship we build together is just as important as the tools we use. You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. Whatever you're going through, you're not alone and support is here when you're ready.

No pressure, just presence and care

What support can look like

If needed and with your permission, I can work alongside GPs, other health professionals or care team to ensure continuity of care. Whether you're working through something specific or want ongoing support, I can tailor the duration to suit your needs.

What you might be navigating

Every experience is valid. Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. Many people reach out when life feels too heavy to manage or when things just don’t feel quite right.

Sometimes there’s a clear reason, like grief or a major life change. Other times, it’s a quiet sense of disconnection, exhaustion or simply feeling unlike yourself.

Some of the reasons people reach out include:

  • Grief and loss that feels hard to put into words

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected

  • Ongoing stress or burnout

  • Low mood or a sense of heaviness

  • Changes in identity, roles or relationships

  • Trouble sleeping or switching off

  • A desire to understand yourself more deeply

Whatever is bringing you here, know that your experience matters and support is available, at your pace.
